Kendo
Saturday, March 5th, 2005Recently a Kendo sensei from Japan was here in Stockholm teaching us poor saps some real kendo.
For those who did not know, I started doing kendo this fall (2004), and still going strong. I am enjoying it a great deal, and made a bunch of new friends, kendo people are a bunch of nice chaps!
Anyway, I got some pics and video footage of the camp… If you ever had questions about what kendo is, this should give you some insight.
Just make sure to turn down the volume before you watch the movies, a kendo training session is not for the faint of heart
