『コンドルヒーロー』 It just rox

I started watching a new anime series recently, purely by accident actually, Legend of Condor Hero. It’s a kung fu series set in China around 1200ad.
I fell in love with it and I am totally crushed and destroyed by the fact that only 23 out of 26 episodes seem to have made it to fansubbers and chinese bootleggers around the world. In fact, chinese bootleggers don’t seem to have it at all.
The series was broadcast about 2 years ago, and I dunno about the success of it, but it must have been good, because that shit rocks. It has grand adventures, cool action, noble heros and an epic love story. All these traits put together create a wonderful series, with nice art, cool characters and a really great story.
I started watching it and could not stop, except to sleep and eat. (while this is not unusual behavior for me, I usually take more breaks then that). I watched all 23 episodes since yesterday. Now I am franticly scouring the web to find the rest of the episodes. I found some VCDs but they are in Mandarin. While I don’t even ask that they be subtitled, they should at least be in Japanese, so I can understand some.
Well I just wanted to share my current state of bliss and utter dismay with you. Should you wish to submit yourself to this suffering, grab the series here. I hear a second part is coming soon….
As for the story, I personally prefer to watch series without knowing too much about them. I usually check if its good or bad and then watch it, because the thrill of discovering the series without prior knowledge is damn nice. The excitement of finding out in the episode xx that what you thought the series would be about, is not it at all, is just too great to give up. Thus I won’t talk about the story here, but this site has a nice story summary without too much spoiling.
See it, or don’t. I wanna see it again so I hope someone I know might be interested
